LEMON OR ORANGE LIQUOR

Cut off the top lemon or orange dried peel, if fresh 70—100 g if dry twice less, fill in with liter of spirit and 600—700 g the cold settled boiled water, put week on three in a warm place, then mix with a syrup in the usual way.

LIQUOR With VANILLA

On 3 l of spirit put 4—5 g vanilla, 4—5 g well washed up, but not pounded cinnamon, and 3 carnations. Add 600—700 g the cold settled boiled water and put on two weeks on the sun. Then filter and mix with a syrup from 600—700 g waters and 2—2,5 kg of sugar usual method.

CHAMPAGNE FROM the RED CURRANT

Fill a large bottle to half with red currant, add to a neck boiled water and put in the coldest place but only that has not frozen. Every day the large bottle should be shaken up well.
